Approach to the online comments of the consumers of the hotels in Guayaquil

The new realities of the tourism market characterized by word of mouth electronic impose the need to research through the contents of the on-line consumer opinions and information contributes to decision making. About titles on-line views on major hotels in Guayaquil Decomposition Singular is performed to highlight the semantic dimensions that reflect the experiences of consumers, the same ones that dominate the semantic space. Are preponderant ratings excellent or good hotel related attributes or services, care and loyalty focused on cognitive location, while those related to the affective or conative loyalty are less frequent. It is recommended to develop other necessary research on this topic.
